This album is more Witchcraft General-esque than their previous albums. So that means it is raucous bluesy doom (Sabbath), with Sheavy-like vocals. This is very "proto" stuff...quite a development in the band's sound. Still raw and unrestrained, but less punk, this record swings and stomps out some nasty fuzzy riffs. MindOverFour

My brother introduced me to Pallbearer by playing The Ghost I Used To Be. I did not appreciate it at that time, but I kept coming back to this album and I was hooked. Thank you Pallbearer for inlfuencing me in a positive way with your incredible music. rook96
