tehlub I love to play this album with all my windows down and the volume all the way up. When I inevitably catch eye contact with someone I give them two middle fingers like a petulant 13 year old who says 'fuck' too often and smokes cigarets to be cool. Favorite track: Black Souls.

mattnun This album has everything I demand from Rock 'n Roll in the 21st century: guitars straight out of hell, devil may care drumming, and demonic production channeling supremely heavy riffage. Also rare to find a band whose aesthetic truly matches their sound. Highly recommended for fans of Motorhead, Electric Wizard and horror movie soundtracks. Favorite track: One By One.

Mars Hottentot Like a goddamn truncheon to the dome from a leather and fur clad nutcase on a rat bike! Favorite track: Black Souls.

Fastnbulbous This is filthy, blown-out occult horror doom, kind of an unholy union of Electric Wizard and early Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats. Electric Wiz were such fans that they recruited bassist Clayton Burgess into their current lineup. A great midnight snack while we await the new Electric Wizard album. Favorite track: Black Souls.

This album is more Witchcraft General-esque than their previous albums. So that means it is raucous bluesy doom (Sabbath), with Sheavy-like vocals. This is very "proto" stuff...quite a development in the band's sound. Still raw and unrestrained, but less punk, this record swings and stomps out some nasty fuzzy riffs. MindOverFour
